We realize that ordering things online may not always be what you were expecting and with that said we will give a full refund if item is returned within 14 days of receiving package. After 14 days will be store credit. Return items must remain un-washed and un-worn. If item has stains or smells of any kind, it will not be accepted as a return & your shipping fee will be non refundable.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please notify us via e-mail at email@example.com within 5 business days of receiving your order and provide a photo of the defected item or information of the incorrect item (style,size,color).If item is not reported within 5 days, Red Lotus reserves the right to assume the customer defected the item and will not offer any refunds.
